Liability and Risk:
Participation is at your own risk. Blue Wave Kitesurfing is not liable for any injury or damage. By participating in kitesurfing lessons or using our equipment, you agree to the liability waiver as stated on our website.

Health:
Participants must be physically fit to take part in the activity and are responsible for their own physical condition.

Safety Regulations:
Participants are required to strictly follow all instructions given by the instructor.

Weather and Safety:
The school determines whether lessons will take place, with safety as the top priority. In case of insufficient wind (<12 knots) or excessive wind (>25 knots), the lesson will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund (100%).

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before the lesson will incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations made within 12 hours before the lesson will incur a 75% fee.

In the case of a no-show (failure to attend without prior notice), the full lesson fee (100%) will be charged.

We reserve the right to apply discretion and may, in certain situations, waive or reduce the cancellation fee.

Damage to Equipment:
Any damage to equipment caused during lessons due to intentionally not following instructions may be charged to the participant. Damage to rented equipment during the rental period may be charged to the customer.

Discounts:
Blue Wave Kitesurfing offers three types of discounts: student discount, package discount, and local discount. These discounts cannot be combined.
